Consciously clear your energy field at least 3x a day.</h1><p id="ea4d">Most of the energy you feel isn’t yours — you’ve picked it up from other people based on what you are thinking about and where you are placing focus.</p><p id="ad81">Most folks are not in their energy fields, they are hanging out in someone else’s.</p><p id="5074">We will never be at our best if we are allowing energy that doesn’t feel good into our fields. We also need to learn how to clear energy that doesn’t belong to us.</p><p id="f07b">Here’s something to keep in mind: <b>if you are not feeling good and content, you are channeling someone else’s energy, because your natural state of being is to feel good.</b></p><p id="7d49">At least 3x a day (or whenever you feel out of whack), use the following ritual to clear your energy field:</p><ol><li>Get present and take a few breaths, in the nose and out the mouth. This gets your nervous system back into balance.</li><li>Focus on the body — what feels off, yucky, or like it doesn’t belong to you? <b>Name it</b>. For example, “I feel nervousness in my tummy, but it doesn’t feel like mine.”</li><li>Decide to release it from your field and <b><i>feel</i></b> it move and eventually leave. <b><i>Energy cannot stick to you without your permission, it must go where you command it.</i></b></li><li>After you have noticed and named the energy, say the following, “This is not my energy, I command it back to Source,” or “Whatever is not mine I return to Source, whatever is mine I call back to me.”</li><li>Give it a moment or two and feel the energy start to dissipate and eventually leave your field entirely.</li><li>Make note of how differently you feel versus just a few minutes ago. These 3 Daily Habits Will Uplevel Your Happiness, Peace of Mind, and Mental Clarity

As a spiritual practitioner and energy worker, I observe that most people are not helping themselves when it comes to improving their life or circumstances.

Humans are complex creatures. Not only that, we live in a complex society, filled with dis-resonant energy and unhelpful conditioning.

Only about 12% of the world’s population is “awake” or conscious.

The other 88% remind me of those bobblehead dolls, mindlessly walking along a path that others have laid out for them without question or curiosity.

And it’s obvious.

Just look at the state of the world today: zero sense of community, a mindset of “I gotta get mine,” and relationships devoid of trust, intimacy, and cooperation.

There’s a reason you feel like shit: you’re most likely disconnected from your deepest inner truth and authenticity.

You also lack 3 things: a knowledge of how the brain works, a ritual to clear your energy field, and a concrete way to access your deepest intuition.

So, how can we feel better, now? What anchors can we cling to when we feel the out-of-control spiral so many of us experience daily?

Below are 3 concrete ways that will help.

1. Learn more about how your brain works.

Our experiences in life are dependent on one thing: our brain.

Starting last year, I’ve read a whole slew of books on the brain and I gotta say, I understand my habits, thinking loops, and moods on a much deeper level.

I know where all these operations and processes are happening physically in the brain and because of that, I feel a much deeper sense of control over where I place my focus.

I’ve also learned many brain hacks I use to help improve my neural connections and destimulate habits and thoughts that are not serving me.

Our brain is built to learn, which means it’s changeable. Experience-dependent neuroplasticity is how our brain learns new things and reinforces the stuff we already know.

When you learn something new, for example, you’re physically creating more grey matter in your brain. You’re making new neural connections and telling the brain what to focus on.

You’ll learn more about the structures in the brain and what they do when you set a goal, desire something, or feel sad.

I promise you, once you understand the motherboard that is controlling your experiences, you will be able to choose what you want to keep doing and discard stuff that is no longer resonating.
