3 Powerful apps to manage your time 10x better
Maybe you don’t know but there are some apps that can help you to be more productive and efficient to have more things done by your day and life.

Nowadays is important to be in touch with technology and understand their role in our lives. You can take advantage of these apps in comparison to others that don’t use it and boost your days. However is important to prioritize what are the things that are more important for you, with that in mind you can focus and boost your time to achieve every goal that you planned.
Why I have to manage and track my time?
To have an idea of how you spend your time and to know if you are doing enough to achieve your objectives.
What gets measured can get managed and improved.
Sometimes we say to ourselves:
I want to grow and be a better version of myself, I want to achieve every goal I have in mind and be the best in the things I am doing and be proud of the things I have done in my life.
If you ever said something similar to this, I think that you are in the right place.
If you don’t know how you’re spending your time, you won’t be sure what your life will be like in the future. You need a plan and strategy to fulfill your dreams.
So if you want to be better every day it’s a good idea to manage and measure your time, here are some apps that can help you in that way.
Trello
Trello is an innovative app in the field of management, is a collaborative tool that organizes your projects into boards, it tells you what’s being worked on, who’s working on what, and where something is in a process.
For me is very easy to use, is very flexible, and has a good visualization, is one of the apps that every productive person must have if want to manage their projects and time.
My experience with Trello was amazing, you can organize your days and make boards for every field in your life, for your personal developments, for your work, for your free time, for individual projects, for everything! I like it the husky “assistant” that has the app, gives a sense of relaxation while working or doing an activity planned with Trello.
It helps you to remind every task that you want to achieve in the day, in the month, and in the year.
Since I’m using Trello I see significant changes in my life that you can have it too with this app.
Be perseverance and resilient
I started planning my day with Trello and at the beginning, I didn’t know how to start planning my day, my week, my life…
At first, it was difficult, but with practice and perseverance, at the end of the month, it helped me to do other activities that I couldn’t have done.
- Every start has difficulties but the results worth it.
So don’t give up maybe you don’t do everything that you planned on a specific day but try to do it better each day and you will see changes that you will feel proud of.
FocusKeeper
This app is known by the technique that is used “The Pomodoro technique”. You may have heard this technique before if you were interested in time management. The Pomodoro technique consists of dividing 20-minute intervals to focus on a specific task and then 5 minutes break.
With FocusKeeper you can adjust the Pomodoro technique to your current condition, you can change the minutes you want to focus on a certain activity and also change the short break length and the long break length.
What is the difference between short break length and long break length?
You can adjust how many sessions you want to have and after that quantity of sessions ( focus length + short break length ) it comes to a long break length.
Normally is used to disconnect and do another task or give you time to rest to continue without feeling tired.
How is the appearance?
It features a red background and has a ticking sound when the time is over.
You can create as many tasks as you want with a to-do list. Also, it has a statistic screen that lets you know your productivity in every task that you programmed with the app.
Why I have to use it?
“Following-through is the only thing that separates dreamers from people that accomplish great things.” Gene Hayden
This tool helps me as no others do. Push me to move forward despite feeling unmotivated in some days. Also give me a sense of time, putting every 20 minutes, and tracking my day makes me more productive than never before.
I recommend this app for everyone who is stuck and wants to continue doing something that is postponing day by day.
Toogl
This app is powerful if used correctly. It can give you an idea of what you spend more time on. It can be a little annoying trying to track every task you do every day, but you’ll feel grateful to know that. It can clarify your sense of time and give you a new perspective on the use of it. You don’t need to specify everything you do, you can focus on your main activities, such as time spent at work, time to sleep, transportation, meals, and non-productive time.
With these 3 Apps, you can manage and track and measure your time with the purpose to manage it correctly and improve your days. I can guaranties to you that you will feel grateful because it will make your life easier than before.
All the apps are free to use, so give it a chance to use it and let me know how you are going after using it.
