3 Minutes To Cure COVID-19 Panic Attacks Easily
First of all, I like to introduce myself and tell you my story, I’m DR. Aya Yussuf working as a Pharmacist also the head of the quality department at a governmental hospital. I used to work under pressure before the COVID-19 CRISIS when I noticed that I’m a panic attack patient. It all started after I was exposed to see a dead body in the Emergency Room then I felt dizzy, shortened breathe, and very afraid. That was the moment I decided to face it all instead of denying. And i decided to cure myself. And here’s my own experience.
PANIC ATTACK simply is defined as a stage of feeling afraid that reflects on your body badly such as increased heart beats that may cause syncope, dizziness, loss Consciousness, shortened breathe and feeling extremely irritable.
How to deal to beat the Panic Attack?
1- Talk to yourself : “ I’m Okay”, “Nothing bad gonna happen”, “I’m in a Panic Attack”, “It’s all will vanish very soon” .
2- Keep hydrating : drink some water if available otherwise start asking anybody for help.
3- Manage your breathe : Inhale and Exhale rhythmic and regular with trying to be next to a window or a door.
4-Lay down if available , if not just sit down.
5- Now you are done , Marked as safe “ A Panic Attack Survivor “.
6- Try a new skill such as Drawing , Photographing , writing , dancing , ETC in order to help you spacing between panic attack episodes.
