Walk awakened into these paths to prepare for the stress, the pressures, and the pains that we all experience. Life isn’t easy. Practice makes perfect. When you practice the breathing ways of mindfulness, you become more relaxed and joyful.

Please watch my video about walking the path of mindfulness. Watch my tips on mindfulness that I used overcome the stresses of cancer. I survived it twice.

1. Breathe in deeply and treasure the mindful moment.

Think of positive features in your character. Kindness from special acts needs to be appreciated. Have gratitude for these acts of care that people have showed you.

Therefore, it is easy to forget these positive things about life. Don’t. We are here to help others. I spent over 30 years teaching. I enjoy my students, and all they did for me.

You are not fat, ugly or stupid. You are sexy, beautiful or handsome, and so smart. Don’t let the world bully you. Appreciate yourself. Be yourself.

2. Hold on to special mindful moments beyond the madness of the day.

Be at peace now, at every moment. Hold a door open for the next person. When in line, let someone with less groceries ahead of you. Be kind and kindness will follow. Speak kind words’

Don’t feel the stress. Pause, ponder, and push it out.

3. Be mindful of the negative feelings you are attached too. Let them go.

If you think you will fail, you probably will. Don’t listen to others who put you down. Forgive them. Let them go. Push out bad thoughts. Good luck. Repeat. Mindfulness is simply being in the moment. Is it about kindness.

You can practice this when walking, when driving, when eating. Every moment of the day can be mindful and special. Try it. Practice it. Be it.

Mindful!

Thank you! At one point in my life, I was going to be a Buddhist monk. However, with the discipline needed, I don’t have the patience. LOL. I tried. But gave up. Instead, on my facebook, I follow monks and nuns on and communicate with them, my friends.

Finally, I became a PhD instead and am mindful of the needs of my students.

Working on my Pranayama, Yoga Breath Certification! Almost complete.
