Despite how it sounds like the perfect title for a true crime novel rest assured it is not, stay tuned as we delve deeper into the criminal record of none other than Bill Gates and figure out the truth for ourselves.

Eventful Events

You’d think the richest man in the world would get arrested for massive charges like tax evasion, money laundering, or even maybe a Ponzi scheme, but disappointing as it may be Bill Gates was arrested for something as boring, bland, and basic as *drumroll*: Overspeeding.

1- Getting his feet wet

The first time he was pulled over was for overspeeding coupled with the audacity to move around without a valid license and from here began the evolution of Gates and his hattrick of speeding tickets.

2- Second to reach seconds

Gates was detained the next time for, yes you guessed it: Overspeeding again with this time him ignoring a red light just like many of us ignore red flags but that is a conversation for another day.

3- Third time the charm?

Well yes, luckily for gates this time there were no bars and he got off with just a parking ticket. However, with great fame comes great responsibility and with that being said I’d be lying if I said that Gates has maintained a clear track record since there are notable encounters of him getting into neck-deep water with several law enforcement agencies but that has been mostly corporate clownery.

Acting upon his favorite revolutionary pursuit of the relaxation-the epitome of comfort that is racing through the Albuquerque desert on a Porsche, Gates was arrested yet another time for, yes you’re right captain obvious — Over speeding again.

I think there is an extremely fine line between speeding and stopping but I’ve come to believe that our bad boy billionaire enjoys using that line as a jump rope at this point.

Arrested in Albuquerque he was bailed out by his childhood friend and Microsoft co-founder, Paul Allen.

This Alberqueue arrest was also the birthplace of the infamous smiling mugshot or as I like to call it smug-shot which is still viral online owing to the expressions of pure happiness on his face, quite the opposite of what an arrested person would exhibit but again this isn’t just a normal arrested person it’s the man who created the operating system on which 90% of our computers function so the eccentricity is understandable.

Attracting Unwanted Problems

According to reports, Gates has always had a solid appetite for stirring up trouble, even during his childhood. Owing to his exceptional coding and hacking skills, he hacked into the computer systems at his school and wrote the entire class schedule program himself but with the added feature of his seating always around female students.

Needless to say, he was quite the computing Casanova, I wonder if Mrs.Gates was wooed by similar approaches or not. *winks*

Human Violation allegations: Myth or Fact?

In November 2021, several websites published an article titled “Beaver Exclusive,” which stated that Bill Gates was being detained by Interpol investigators in Sao Paulo, Brazil, for violating human rights.

Nevertheless, according to other sources, his detention by Interpol investigators constituted a crime against humanity that was fake news that had been circulated by the media again a shocking blow to my drama enthusiasts but what can you say?

I think that there are two sides to every story and media as well as publications literally run on the basis of famous people doing things, good or bad whatever things may be, so wealthy public figures are always a bullseye target for fabricated scandals.

Almost An Arrest Again?

Gates was accused of creating the new coronavirus that causes COVID-19 and was apparently detained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation on allegations of biological terrorism. However, as of May 21, there has been no information regarding Gates’ arrest from any reputable news source.

The image for the article was also altered using a snapshot taken in 2014 of American gangster Vincent Asaro, I mean really if you had to create a controversy and go there you could’ve tried a lot harder but if the picture of an 87-year-old mobster is your best then we gotta reconsider.

Welcome back to episode 2 of is this a science fiction movie, where people around the world alleged Gates of creating the vaccine and then creating the vaccine himself too but these ridiculous myths much to the dismay of drama enthusiasts have apparently been debunked and around the world.

Experts from countries including Russia, China, India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany have developed the vaccine. In fact, Gates was surprised that he was targetted for this controversy!

Haters gonna hate

A position of such great power and responsibility is an open red-carpeted invitation to criticism and commentaries from the media, common people, and competition.

So I also believe that it is rather like finding a needle in a haystack when it comes to separating facts from allegations when it comes to individuals like Gates, therefore I see no reason why he like every other person in a position of higher authority should be spared criticism.

Do rich men rule the law?

Wealthy individuals like Gates have strong ties with politicians, governments, and celebrities which aids them in using these connections in the event of an arrest. When a solo person for example Gates has more wealth (50 Billion dollars ) which is more than the GDP of 140 countries, civil relaxations are a necessity for the government and luxury for the person.

I mean Gates could single-handedly change the state of a poor country and save millions of lives but does he? I mean sure all rich people are philanthropical and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is proof of that but is it really all that? Is he doing all he can to make a change or is it just performative?

Lingering on Performative philanthropy?

Not to point fingers but if all rich people were actively paying taxes and helping the underprivileged I doubt the ever-increasing wealth divide would exist, What do you think?

But then again, the rich aren’t bound to help the poor and apart from our standardized ideology of morally good and bad and the few strands of religion that hold it together there really is nothing that forces people to help other people. But that’s a topic for another day.
