It’s all about emotions, fear, and limitless potentiality
Whenever you think you’re missing out on something in life, there are three aspects you may check out. If they’re all right, you may peacefully go on with your routine, and hopefully meet your desired results. I’m sure none of the problems you could have are affecting your existence deeply.
If that’s not the case, and you believe you need to reasset something in your life, welcome to a brief intense guide on how to overcome any negative issue in you.
First of all a premise. Your sight must be directed inward. I’m just telling you this to help you scroll the north-south of human polarity. It’s the “you” inside of yourself you should be looking to, not the “you” of others.
Emotions
The reactions you have on an emotional level are neither good nor bad, depending on what you do with them.
Even your negative emotions have a reason to be there in your personality.
They represent an energy. It’s up to you to decide about expressing this energy in a negative way or take control over it. You don’t have to deny all the negative emotions. It would be worse, really.
Whenever you find yourself dominated by an emotion you’re not comfortable with, all you have to do is:
- recognize it
- feel it deeply
- accept it
- decide on what object direct the energy you feel, transforming it in a fuel to reach your aim.
I want to repeat my personal position: transform your negative emotions investing them into something useful and positive for you.
All negative emotions block your development, unless you release them.
That’s why you should work on transforming this energy and free it, so that you will gain more energy to use for what matters to you indeed.
Fear
Fear is an ambiguous emotion. It can help you reacting in front of a dangerous situation, giving you the right dose of stress and adrenaline necessary to find a solution to the problem. Or, it can be so intense as to overwhelm you and stop any intent you may have of doing anything.
Too much fear leads to a paralysis, due to an excess of stress.
Any time you let fear dominate your life, you limit the full expression of yourself.
Unless you find yourself in danger, whenever fears freeze your activity, you surely need to take control over it. You’ll then have the freedom to take your decisions deliberately.
Face your fears and let them go.
In case you don’t know where to start from, I suggest the following:
- become aware of your fear;
- think about what you could do without your fear;
- focus on the things you would do without your fear;
- act accordingly;
- ask for the help of a professional.
Getting in control of your fears is a very important step in your life, because you’ll avoid making other people responsible for what is not working well for you.
Limitless potentiality
If you go over the negative self-talk, the negative emotions and your fears, you’re likely in a stage where you can access the unlimited source of your greatness.
Psychology helps you, by showing you how your mind works, and how you can take care of your mental issues.
Meditation helps you a lot in this process, giving you direct access to the fount of limitless potentiality of your being.
