AI Comments On Medium?!

AI content & comment taking over Medium?

It seems that AI has done more harm than good when it comes to creating content here on Medium.

Many writers here seem to think:

‘Why write when AI can do it for me?’

So, they wake up, head over to ‘ChatGTP,’ as some YouTubers call it, lol, and ask it to generate text they can publish on Medium.

Later, about 10 articles down the line, they write an article about consistency.

But hold on…

Aren’t you missing something?

Consistency, yes! I totally agree! But what’s with not doing the work yourself? You can’t put your hamster on a wheel every day and claim you’re consistent with running. It doesn’t make any sense!

This goes even further!

I’ve witnessed AI-written content receiving significant engagement, even when it’s blatantly obvious it was written by AI. Meanwhile, our own writing feels like shouting into the void.

And AI comments?!

He even forgot to tweak some words that make it so obvious!

What’s next? AI for awkward small talk at family gatherings? Perhaps an AI that can hit the snooze button for you?
