- Diet/ Low carbs- You are what you eat. Although an extra large pizza may seem like a good decision, it will not help you lose weight. Refined carbs have been stripped of their nutrient and fiber content. Avoid too many carbs. They will make you tired, lazy and heavier.

- Don’t Eat Late — Especially not big meals. Around 6 to 8pm should be your last meal, as your body needs time to digest. Even late night snacks can disrupt your sleep cycle and will not give your body enough time to digest. You need to eat bigger meals earlier and smaller later.
