We all want to lose weight, eh most of us, however it is not always clear what the right way is with all the confusion going, should I eat less? Sometimes the lack of motivation to change can blind us from the why. Sometimes on how to start can be a huge hurdle to get over. After trying again and again, but to no successes. There are many ways to lose weight, here are just a few 25 of them.

More than a hobby, it’s a lifestyle. Make it a healthy habit and you will be pleased with the overall quality of life.

  1. Diet/ Low carbs- You are what you eat. Although an extra large pizza may seem like a good decision, it will not help you lose weight. Refined carbs have been stripped of their nutrient and fiber content. Avoid too many carbs. They will make you tired, lazy and heavier.
  2. Drink A Gallon of Water A Day — Studies find half Americans don’t drink enough water. Our bodies need it, after all we are made up of over 70% of water, so it’s got to be important
  3. Get Some Sun — It’s Natural Vitamin D! Studies show that sun has health benefits that help improve sleep, reduce stress, maintain strong bones and help keep the weight off.
  4. Vitamin Supplements —Sometimes weight is gained by not having enough vitamin supplements to break down into energy. Eat with meals for absorption. Zinc, Iron, Magnesium, Folate, Calcium, B12, and Vitamin D are the most essential supplements to take. You can get them individually or just get multi-vitamins, just check what’s in it first.
  5. Avoid Artificial Sweets — Our body constantly craves sweets, that is a sign of vitamin C deficiency. Instead of eating artificial sweets eat natural sweets from fruit such as grapes, berries, and oranges and you won’t crave those candies as much anymore.
