25 Days of Christmas — Day 5

Finalizing some small Christmas details

Not every day of our 25 Days of Christmas tradition is a huge event.

I’ve been dealing with some health issues so tonight we are finishing up the design of our Christmas cards and editing the card list.

It’s interesting to see how the list changes from year to year as different seasons in our life change.

I have to admit that this year I got a bit sad as I was editing the list. We have lost a few family members this year including my grandmother.

I know we aren’t the only ones, 2020 and 2021 have been very challenging for so many. I can only hope that our 25 Days of Christmas posts are bringing some light to our friends and family.

While we work on our projects, we always try to watch Christmas movies or tv episodes.

Tonight we are watching the Netflix “Lost in Space” series.

Season 2 starts out with the family and their fellow stranded travelers celebrating Christmas together on their lost ship. I love the re-make that Netflix did for this show. The cast is amazing and I have to admit I have teared up more than a few times.

Only Netflix could write a show with a robot and make me cry!
