The only permanent person in your life is you
Accompany people as they came, but never focus on holding them forever. It’s your life trajectory and you’ll walk across various people and places. You should never stop heading toward your goals by following the goals of people in your life and also don’t force them to walk your path.
It’s worth it to appreciate the only person “You, The Permanent Person” in your life.
Never take what people do or say to you seriously, they are saying it from the only dimension they can see but you. Make your life your own.
Self-care gives you more than a million-dollar career.
Earnings will rise and decline, but once the health depreciates, it gets hard to get back on track.
A healthy body can climb a mountain, earn billions of dollars, and do everything while the unhealthy one is so centred on carrying all those mountains which are not even made for carrying but climbing.
Extroversion is a skill
Extroversion — which is essential for success is often misunderstood for fixed character. Yes, some people have it in their genes. It doesn’t mean you can’t learn.
Extroversion creates the opportunity to connect, network, and build the community, which is crucial for any life’s events.
You need to determine the time for yourself and time for people so that you can recharge and relax without feeling overwhelmed.
But in the process, make sure you surround yourself with the people who recharge your battery and not drain it. Don’t let the people who you don’t want to be define your worth. Cut these people off immediately, and don’t surround yourself with them in the name of the company, it radiates negative energy to your body.
Learning new skills is never a waste of time
Whatever it is — cooking, cleaning, gardening, writing, painting or even coding. There’s beauty in learning new things.
You can live up to one or two skills. You gave yourself the space for some outer space thoughts. I am learning Italian for nothing as of now. However, it may come to use one day or another. Maybe I can guide some local Italian tourists over here and build lifelong connections. There’s “a true adventure” and “a whole new world of possibility” in learning new skills.
You will be surrounded by diverse ideas and cultures, allowing you to gain more knowledge.
Be physically active
Think of 50 years from now — you and your friend both are alive. What do you think will happen? — does the lifestyle you’re living now add up to good health in the future?
Do you want a healthy body or be prone to diseases? Get up and keep hitting it up all through the day either directly or indirectly. .
Say no to substances of abuse
Substances of abuse are like those friends who are slowly stabbing you from the back while being nice to you in the front. Stay away from them.
Take care of your mental health as much as of physical health
I have a grandmother with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. As much as it is hard to be living in depression, it is even harder to live with one who is struggling mentally.
Give yourself enough space to be mentally fit. Not just for yourself but for the people you love and know will accompany you till your last breath.
Go outdoors in nature
Nature is a healer of everything. Depressed… get some cold air, soak yourself in the rain, hug a tree, and sit beside water.
It feels great. You need to touch the earth and listen to its heartbeat from time to time. It feels so alive.

It’s raining when I'm writing this. The sound of it, feeling when it touches my skin is bliss.
Water is not just for drinking, cooking, and cleaning. It heals too. Not just Mother Earth, but us kids as well. As small plant grows when it rains, so do some of our happy healing cells when you are in a good place.
Learn to let go of toxic people and place
You’ve been there before. You know, being around toxic people is draining. They drain you in a way that you can’t give enough to anything.
Choose to be in the place that fills your cup and not spills it. You know what you need.
External circumstances can only hurt you physically. It’s what going on in your brain that hurts internally, don’t ever let them influence how you think or feel. Decide it yourself.
Sleep early, wake up early
Waking up before the sun rises just to feel the freshness and take a moment to soak in the vibration of nature and, the frequency of the universe listening to the celestial sound is so great. Especially on a day when it rains, smiling with the happy little droplets, playing with it like it’s your kids feels so special.
You can get these feelings only when you feel well-rested at night. Sleep early, it freshens up your morning and makes your day creative, energetic, and productive.
Meditate
I rarely meditate but will get back to it time and again. I can feel the relaxing sensation throughout my body when I meditate. You don’t need to invest much time on it daily, just do it 2–5 minutes a day while beginning and increase it by 30 Sec once you feel the need or so.

- sit comfortably and take a normal breath.
- take a long breath in, wait a second, and take another breath in.
- hold it for some time and let the air get out of your chest slowly
- repeat
Read books
Reading a book is never a waste of time. Make time to read a book every day, even if it’s just for five minutes. Doing it every day makes it a habit and lifestyle.
You may not like the book, the plot, story, but you will never regret reading the book even if it’s a bad book. Cause it has something to offer you, that can be vocabulary or simply recognizing your taste.
Don’t consume the internet 1st and last thing your day
what we consume first thing in the morning influences our day, which is the most active and productive state of the human body. What we consume the last thing at night influences our subconscious mind, which is more powerful than our conscious mind.
Make decisions wisely. Only consume what you want to become, especially at the start and end of your day.
There’s no formula for how you should live
See, people are so judgemental that they will simply assume that you are wrong for living your life your way just because this is not the life they aspire to live.
At the end of the day, it’s your life and not theirs, live your way. People can follow formulas created by some spiritual, religious, social media, or other influencers. However, you can influence your life, write your script, and live it your way. You don’t need to follow the available script if you want to change and make your own customs, culture, beliefs, etc.
Etiquette is essential
How to groom yourself and appear in public defines how people will treat you.
Words impact lives
What you speak impacts the world, even if you are not an influencer. You influence the people in real life if not the people on the internet.
What you have to offer to the world is valuable. Your kindness goes a long way. Think before you speak. Be nice to the people around you although they may be mean to you. You know what you are and always show this and not their reflection.
Feed yourself wisely
whether it’s food, products, people’s opinions, or content online, choose to feed yourself wisely. Various things are going on the internet just to get your attention. You should value your time and only give your time and attention to the things that really matter to you.
You may sometimes get into the dark side of the internet. Make decisions mindfully on what is your priority and what is important.
Reading a book twice always teaches different lessons
The exact road gives different things at different times. You may walk to your office every day, but has every day walk been the same? I guess not.
The lesson you learn from a book by reading for the first time differs from the lesson you learned after reading it 6th time.
You may read the first time in excitement not knowing what is on the way. But if you reread, you know what is around the corner, and sometimes you won’t know. But reading it again, remind you of the things you knew and didn’t give a damn.
Minimalism gives people more than a luxurious life
See, if you can’t control it, your whims will never end. It's the human nature. Of course, there are things that you need so badly. Nevertheless, do you do it often?
If so, try to minimize your life and list of belongings you own. It will give you more space and a corner to play around in your room. Don’t just shop the things you find beautiful while walking by the market out of impulsiveness.
Make a mindful choice.
Your success is not only in your hand
You can listen to those success gurus telling you what you are doing wrong and right in your life that is not assisting to get you to the top stair of success. Don’t ever get caught up by them.
Cause you know life is not the same for everyone, they have not walked your path. You should not feel sorry for yourself about this. All you can do is give your best and continue giving it every day. It’s enough.
People have an unfair advantage at birth: Privilege is real
You can see that some people are charmed by this childhood. They have beautiful faces naturally. It happens.
You can also see that some people are wanted in the industry not for their talent but for their generational reputation.
We can do nothing about you. Envy and jealousy will only cause us anxiety of feeling like a complete waste.
We should just focus on what we have instead of what they have. We all are privileged in some kind of way than others. Some people are not as privileged as us and some people are privileged more than us. Who has everything even before they were born?
Accept it as it is.
How you spend your day define your life
You can say that a day is not a year and a lot happens in a year. But listen to me, what you do today determines what you do tomorrow and the day after. Day by day, it will become your habit.
What do you think? You can become an athlete if you don’t do exercise today tomorrow or following the month. Making a habit is the most important skill that can help us conquer anything in the world.
