20 Things Women Should Stop Wearing After 30
Why you should heed this advice

Twitter can be such a goldmine for inspiration and words of wisdom.
My favourite tweet this week comes from Maura Quint -- maura quint — though I am not sure if she is the original writer.
Here are the 20 things women should stop wearing after the age of 30.
1 - 20: The weight of other people’s expectations and judgements.
One user commented that this is good advice for any age. I agree with them one hundred percent.
Here’s Why it’s Important to Heed this Advice
It will help you live free from comparison and the need to please.
Carrying the burden of other people’s opinions weighs you down. It can lead to low self esteem and worse still, depression. You don’t want to spend your days hating yourself and taking medication because of other people. It’s not worth it.
It can also stop you dead in your tracks when you want to move ahead. You may start second guessing yourself, wondering if your timing is right. If you choose to live life on your own terms, you will find yourself making great strides. Believe in yourself.
The right time for you is when you decide to act or make a move, not when someone else decides for you. No one but you knows your deepest desires or the inner workings of your mind. You only have to look at the events of 2020 to prove this. Some people had their best year because they believed that losing their job was a good reason to start a business.
Others had their worst year because, regardless of what others were saying, losing their job destroyed their lives. They couldn’t see any light at the end of the tunnel. If they did, they probably thought it was a train coming to hit them.
Takeaway
Whether you like it or not, other people will always have an opinion about you. It might be good, it might be bad, but don’t let that stop you living your life to the full. Never burden yourself with the weight of other people’s expectations and judgements.
