To achieve that, I have two tips to share with you here today that really can help:
No distractions
Begin by getting rid of all distractions and genuinely connecting with the people you are meeting.
Consider the state of your mind before your meeting: are you concerned about your current state of mind, focused on the upcoming meeting, or feeling impatient with your current mind?
If you are distracted, others may perceive your lack of attention and get what is going on.
Increase your awareness
Before this, you should investigate and engage with what they say, foster a strong connection and community by increasing your awareness of the intricacies of both verbal and nonverbal communication.
When you take the time to listen to people, establish and preserve connection and community, you are doing precisely what you want to do when you have someone listening to you. Good communication skills allow you to understand the nuances of what they say facilitates empathy and valuable interactions.
