2 Hidden Reasons Your Manifestation Isn’t Coming — And How to Fix It

You can do this, keep going…

Many of us have a desire to live our best lives.

We want picture perfect relationships, the sexy body, the beautiful face, money in the bank, the house, the car, the loving partner, and more…

We all know what we want and we all know what we don’t want.

Yet most of the time what we want is so far out of reach.

You may wonder: Why is that Emy?

There are a few reasons you’re not manifesting the life you desire, and it may not be what you think.

Let’s find out together, shall we? 😊

You’re Doubting the Outcome:

You may repeat affirmations or mantras over and over again, day after day, consistently, yet your body might feel completely different.

You may say you want to become a millionaire, but deep within your soul, you feel it’s never going to happen, or you might think that it would require you to work more, or simply doubt that you’re not good enough to reach such success.

Manifesting your desires isn’t simply the words you speak, it’s the feelings you feel.

Focus more on the feeling side of things.

Maybe you don’t really want to become a millionaire.

Perhaps you want a simple life with enough to live happily and without worrying about your bills.

Make it easier on yourself to manifest.

Ask yourself:

How do I want to feel in my day to day life? Who do I want to hang out with? What would I be doing each day? If money wasn’t an issue, would I be doing the same thing anyway?

Figure out your deepest desires and

aim to feel that way every single day, aim to do more of the things you love daily, aim to hang with people who fit your future, not your history.

Let everything else go.

You’re Not Addressing Your Real Fears

It’s hard to look at ourselves, isn’t it?

I felt like that was the only reason I wasn’t able to meditate until about a year or so ago.

I couldn’t sit with my thoughts, I couldn’t quiet my mind, I couldn’t sit with my real feelings, I was uncomfortable sitting with my own self.

I kept on being the go-getter Emy, doing what society expected of me. I rose above the norm for a while, only to find myself lost and confused again.

The real fears !

What are those anyway, Emy?

Here’s how you find those real fears:

-You sit down in a quiet room, just you, no one else. Not your cats, dogs, kids, no one. -You close your eyes and sit in silence, or you can put on some calming music for your soul, like 432Hz (you can find those on YouTube easily). -Then, you let your thoughts wander, and without judging those thoughts, you simply accept them as they come. -You say hello and goodbye, and you keep sitting there until there are no thoughts left in your mind.

I know it sounds like torture! I’ve been there! It’s scary AF! 😨

It’s like my body became a mind of its own and wanted to go and do something rather than just sit there.

Yet, in those moments of silencing your mind, you’ll find yourself.

I’m not going to tell you what to feel or how it is going to go for you, we all have different experiences with this.

What I know for sure is that you are going to surprise yourself!

-You’re going to realize what’s important and what’s not. -You’re going to realize that some of the things you thought you wanted aren’t really what you truly want. -You’re going to become aware of what truly matters in life, and you may even completely change your “want list”.

It may take you 10, 30, 60, or more minutes to get there, however, it is the most blissful moment you’re ever going to experience.

I like to listen to Joe Dispenza’s “The Generous Present Moment” meditation, it’s simply amazing. You can find it free on YouTube.

Final Thoughts

I’d like to invite you to try working on those two things before you begin to do anything else.

Many pieces of advice out there share a whole lot more of what you can do, yet

I believe that if you aren’t taking care of the basics, you aren’t going anywhere.

And this is the basic foundation of beginning to understand who you are, falling in love with your life, and continuing your journey in the direction you truly desire to go.

Because sometimes, going back to basics is what’s going to help you propel forward with supersonic speed you would have never thought of, with ease, excitement, and joy in your heart and soul.

That’s when your manifestations simply show up out of nowhere, like magic, everything beautiful, exciting, loving starts to unfold with ease and flow.
