Abstract

The poem "2.0" delves into the altered state of nature, where traditional seasonal patterns have been disrupted, leading to extreme weather conditions. It portrays a world where the once predictable climate has become erratic, with hot regions growing hotter and cold areas becoming colder. The poem suggests that these changes are not merely acts of nature but consequences of human actions that have thrown the natural world off balance. Poetry about a new beginning

The seasons, no more

A change of norm.

This is the nature 2.0

In hot summers, I see

the whimsical hail.

In icy winters, I feel

the ferocious sun.

The clouds dangle around

to pour anytime.

The winds blow in

a haphazard dimension.

Hotter regions of the earth

are now the hottest,

colder, now the coldest.

This is the nature 2.0

Like the friends turned foes

Wreaking the havoc of revenge

by trembling the grounds,

by crying from skies,

by burning wildfires,

by flooding the rivers,

by dancing in oceans,

by blowing the man.

This is the nature 2.0

We blame nature

but we are to be blamed.

For, we cause its imbalance

to balance our pockets.

The sooner we feel sorry,

the faster can we heal.
