Here’s what happened in November 2023.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you might know this story is part of my digital diary.

Every month, I share the most significant events that happened to me and what I’ve learned and achieved.

In the previous months, I moved to Canada, finally got my first driving license, and started getting used to a new life overseas.

I spent November 2023 at a spacious house in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

At first, I didn’t like the quiet neighborhood since I’ve always been a city girl. Furthermore, getting around without a car is impossible cause everything is so far away. Nevertheless, I learned to see the bright side in every challenge.

Our Mississauga house has become a distraction-free place for remote work, while my fully equipped kitchen constantly motivates me to cook new dishes.

My fears and dislikes turned into new opportunities and life lessons.

You may wonder if I took some time off to rest. Well, not at all! I continued writing on Medium, updating my website content, and creating SEO-related content for my client.

It’s something I like doing despite setbacks and challenges.

After all, you can’t grow personally and professionally if you aren’t ready to accept failures and admit mistakes.

Here are some highlights from November 2023 worth sharing.

$1k+ selling ebooks on Gumroad

I’ve been talking and sharing a lot about Gumroad on Medium.

However, that’s one of the side hustles I’ve never treated seriously. Yet, I’m close to making $10,000 from selling ebooks.

This November, I made $1,000+ on Gumroad from selling my SEO ebook and offering bundles on Black Friday.

I learned a lot from last year’s Black Friday campaign.

Therefore, this year’s Black Friday campaign was simple and generous.

I offered 30% discounts on my ebooks and sold my SEO ebook with an SEO checklist for new websites as a bundle.

I advertised my offer via email and Medium.

That’s it!

It’s simple and very effective.

Besides, my website has also helped me make $700 this Black Friday. Honestly, I didn’t expect much. But I’m happy that my SEO strategies work.
