17 Ideas People Realize Too Little, Too Late
And Urge to have a breakthrough

We all have to find our own paths one way or another but why not do this together.
This is my intention from this newsletter to inspire by sharing some of my story, my thoughts and experiences here.
Some of the things I like best are inspiring others, enabling mindset shifts, and introducing new ideas.
I can’t begin to tell you how liberating this feels.
Of course there are days that are intense, I feel burn out when certainly it seems impossible.
But to be honest, I don’t want easy.
Here are 17 thoughts that I never realized in my 20s.
1/ The value of time:
Time is a finite resource, and we often don’t realize its true worth until we have wasted a significant amount of it.
It’s important to prioritize and make the most of each moment.
2/ The power of self-belief:
Believing in yourself and having confidence can open doors to opportunities and success.
Many people only realize this after doubting themselves for too long.
And I realized this all has to do with my own mind-set and understanding the world as a mirror.
3/ The importance of health:
Neglecting your health can lead to regret later in life.
Taking care of physical and mental well-being should be a priority from an early age.
It’s not only restricted to your physical health but your mental and emotional well-being as well. So take care of your well-being.
4/ The significance of personal relationships:
Building and nurturing meaningful connections with family, friends, and loved ones is crucial for a fulfilling life.
Most people often realize this too late when they have lost touch or neglected these relationships.
Don’t stay in toxic relationships too long, and stay connected with people who truly beings joy in your life. Life is too short to spend on wrong people.
5/ The value of education:
There is a whole debate on traditional education system. But I believe it’s all up to you how you want to use your education and let it drive your intrinsic values.
Education opens doors to knowledge, personal growth, and career opportunities. Most importantly, it let you realize what works for you.
Some people only recognize its importance after missing out on educational opportunities or facing difficulties in their professional lives.
6/ The impact of financial responsibility:
Managing finances wisely and saving for the future is essential. And it’s never too late to start.
Start with whatever you can save today.
Learn how money works. In today’s time money is important. It can help you take bigger risks and lead you to come out from hamster wheel.
7/ The beauty of simplicity:
Life doesn’t always have to be complicated.
Appreciating simplicity and finding joy in small things can lead to a more content and peaceful existence.
Keep your routine simple and easy to follow. Instead of adding pile of things, identify one- two focus areas and start from there.
Life will become hopeful.
8/ The need for work-life balance:
Prioritizing work over personal life can lead to burnout and regrets later on.
It’s crucial to find a healthy balance between professional and personal commitments.
Find blank spaces to reenergize yourself, cultivate new hobbies, and find things that truly make your heart sing.
9/ The power of forgiveness:
Holding grudges and harboring resentment only weighs a person down.
Forgiveness is liberating and can bring inner peace, but some people realize this too late, after wasting precious time and energy on negativity.
10/ The importance of pursuing passions:
Following one’s passions and interests brings fulfillment and purpose to life. Regrettably, some people realize this too late, after spending years in unfulfilling pursuits.
11/ The significance of personal growth:
Continuous personal growth and learning contribute to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
People often realize the value of personal development when they have missed out on opportunities for growth.
12/ The impact of kindness:
Small acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone’s life.
People sometimes realize the power of kindness too late, after missing opportunities to help others or show compassion.
13/ The need to take risks:
Playing it safe can lead to a life of regret and wondering “what if?”
Taking calculated risks and embracing new experiences can lead to personal growth and exciting opportunities.
14/The significance of self-care:
Self-care is not selfish.
Prioritizing self-care and setting boundaries is essential for overall well-being.
Neglecting self-care can lead to physical and mental exhaustion, and people often realize this too late.
15/ The value of feedback:
Constructive feedback helps individuals grow and improve.
Some people only appreciate the importance of feedback after missing out on valuable insights and opportunities for growth.
16/ The impact of gratitude:
Expressing gratitude for what one has can lead to a more positive outlook and greater happiness.
Unfortunately, some people only realize this after dwelling on negativity for too long.
17/ The importance of living in the present:
Being fully present in the moment and appreciating the present can lead to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
People often realize this too late, after spending too much time dwelling on the past or worrying about the future.
