A Short Explanation of the Medium Platform.
I joined Medium to share my short stories regarding the universe and life.

Medium is a social publishing platform for writers and readers, home to diverse stories and articles. Anyone can contribute and share a wide range of topics.
I read recently that the Medium Platform receives over 145 million monthly views worldwide.
It is free to join Medium; all you need to do is register, and then you can read a maximum of three stories or articles per month, but publishing your writings is unlimited.
The reason I joined Medium was to share my knowledge regarding the universe and life.
Some people join to read-only; the $5 monthly membership fee gives full access to all the stories and articles written by thousands of authors on Medium. However, the membership fee can be cancelled at any time.
Membership fees directly support the authors of any stories or articles a paying member reads.
Having acquired 100 followers and published one article allowed me to join the Medium Partner Programme. (The rules may have changed?).
After joining the Medium Partner Program you can accumulate a few dollars when paying members read your work.
It can be decided before publishing if your story goes behind the paywall, where only paying members can read it, or if it's a free read for everyone.
Even if your story is behind the paywall, there is a friend link that can be shared with other platforms or friends.
To date, over 600 people have decided to follow me. Thank you, if you are one of them.
Some of my factual stories have earned a few dollars, others a few cents, and, to be honest, some have earned nothing at all, but I enjoy writing and reading the comments, which up until now have been positive.
The end.
