100 followers challenge on Medium? Yes, it works

My name is Chess Estelle and my story is simple. I thought I couldn’t get to 100 followers on medium. I mean, doesn’t everyone know how futile it is to ask random strangers ( leave alone friends and family) to keep following your account, subscribe to your YouTube channel, check out your work? Uurgh! Feels like begging!

Well, I was wrong.

Here’s how.

In search of 100 followers on medium, my first Google search was how to get fake medium followers, then I searched for how to buy an established medium account, then I searched on fake email generators. Clearly I was only focused on the fraud path.

Certain, it was the only way

sold out to it, I decided to give it a try.

According to the article I read, here’s how the 100 followers challenge works.

1. Type 100 followers challenge on your medium search bar ( they are many, I must inform you).

2. Choose around 5–10 articles (or more! Let no one stop you!) that appeal to you.

3.Read each one of them,(or not actually,) then go to the replies section and leave an eye catching reply.

For example,

Thankyou so much Chess for this article. My name is Faith and I write about lifestyle, health and travel. I follow everyone who follows me. Let’s grow together.

4. Scroll down, and you’ll find more people like you, equally looking for followers. Go ahead and follow as many as you possibly can( just learnt that medium has a daily limit of between 50–125 people whom you can follow)

5.Then wait for them to follow back.

A couple of bonus tips include; engaging with people at the comment section. Send out reply messages to as many people as you possibly can, clap ( loudly!) Make your presence felt.

I am currently at 71 followed, today being the 14th of September 2022 just a week after I opened my medium account, and 2 days since I began the follow for follow hunt.

To finish off, I read someone’s comment in one of the 100 followers in a day challenge and it said that the medium community is made up of kind people. We’re but here to support each other and grow together.

And I’m seeing this for myself first hand!
