Preface

From age 6, I started using poetry to express my thoughts and emotions.

Typically, when the new year is approaching, I reflect on all the writing I have done.

This poem, which I wrote when I was about ten years of age, resonated with me and my situation in life, so I wanted to share it with you.

The poem is titled What is Life.

What is Life?

Life is like a test.

A big one indeed

To have the heartbreak

To persevere is to be

The summary of life can be said in thee

So, prepare for it

Cause it shall never come back to be
