Last weekend one of my friends asked the same question. It seems, year 2021 has gone on a lightning speed.

You may be feeling same and thinking: Oh jeez! this year went by so quickly.

That’s why I wanted you to slow down and focus on a little reflection with the following prompts.

I hope they help inspire you and take your mind off any difficulties you may be facing and help you focus on to become healthier and happier next year and all the years that are yet to come :)
