10 Apps That Made My Life Better and More Productive
Take a look at them
Hello guys, I am back again as usual, and this time I’m going to share what I think are the best apps tools, and tech that I use every day to stay productive. We will talk about these 10 apps that have been so helpful to me, I have used some of them over the past 2 years, so maybe you might need them too. With that being said, let’s dive in. Your phone can almost be like having a personal assistant with you in your pocket everywhere you go. You just need a few simple apps.
Todoist

Probably the most used app on my entire phone. This app at least doubles my productivity every day. I write my task list the night before, so as soon as I wake up, I know exactly what needs to be done without wasting time.
Short form

This is a great way of downloading Golden Nuggets of Knowledge into your brain in just 15 to 20-minute chunks. It’s a book summary app that has audio versions of the books too, so it can be easily implemented into your morning routine.
calendar widget

I have so many things to do during the day, but I don’t need to remember them all because the calendar widget reminds me and sends me a notification one hour before any appointment or meetings I have.
Bbc News

I think everyone should stay up to date with what’s going on around the world. In my opinion, the BBC news app is one of the best ways to do that.
Evernote

Evernote is like having a portable digital notebook that you can carry with you wherever you go. It allows you to store all sorts of things like notes, web clippings, images, and more, making it simple to organize your thoughts and find information quickly. I was struggling to keep track of my handwritten notes, printed articles, and random thoughts that popped up during class. Then I discovered Evernote. It transformed my note-taking and research process completely.
Forest

If you’re prone to distractions (and who isn’t sometimes?), Forest is a life-saver. It encourages you to stay focused by planting a virtual tree, which grows while you work and dies if you leave the app. It’s a fun way to build better focus.
LastPass

LastPass. With LastPass, you don’t need to be afraid of password problems as you do now. LastPass helps you create and store your password with any of the sites you open an account with. Even if you forget your password with LastPass, it’s not a problem. check it out, and you will see how amazing this tool is.
Zoom

As remote work and virtual meetings become more common, Zoom has become an essential app for video conferencing and collaboration. It’s easy to use and ensures you can stay connected from anywhere.
Grammarly

As a writer, you need Grammarly to help shape your work. I have been using Grammarly for over five years now. What I like most about the tool is that it allows you to correct wrong spelling automatically and helps you fix the punctuation errors in your content. I suggest you start using Grammarly today. The best part is that it has a free plan.
Google Drive

Google Drive is a flexible cloud storage service for storing and sharing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other items. It’s ideal for accessing your work from anywhere and working in real-time with others.
These ten tools have the potential to change the way you live and work by providing answers to many productivity issues. They have contributed immensely to my productivity, and I like using them for my everyday activities.
What’s the best part?
Most of these tools have free versions or trial periods, allowing you to explore and discover the best fit for your needs. Don’t be afraid to give them a try and see how they might improve your day-to-day operations. With these great tools, you can stay productive and make the most of your time.
