法官撤銷社工陳虹秀暴動控罪
去年8月31日港島大型衝突，「陣地社工」成員陳虹秀等8人被控暴動罪一案今（29日）在區域法院續審。控方舉證完畢後，法官沈小民指出，即使給予控方所有證供作全盤考慮，第五被告陳虹秀當晚的言論及作為，不足以構成非法集結，更遑論是參與暴動，下令撤銷陳虹秀的控罪，陳虹秀獲當庭釋放。其餘7名被告涉參與暴動的表面證供則成立。
